Experience nature anew every day of the year: botanical beauty under open skies and protective glass

Every season in the Grugapark has its particular attraction. Even in early spring shoots and blossom begin to show and soon the Park turns into a paradise of blooms – a walk is pleasure for all the senses.

In summer nature presents its full beauty and variety. Broad meadows and cosy nooks – such as on the Margarethensee – invite you to linger for a while.

Dahlias and roses hold onto their full glory until late autumn and the autumn colours bring a golden red Indian summer to the Park. A long walk is not only rewarding when the plants are in full bloom but also when nature has taken a rest. There a lots of possibilities to warm up along the way if the weather is cold or wet.

The pyramids of the tropical rain forest with their air temperature of around 30 degrees are particularly suitable for escaping the German winter for a while. Children can have fun in the Play House all year round, the different restaurants offer a cosy place to sit in the warm and the “Park Spa” is available all year as a fitness and spa oasis.
